How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting our tracking page by clicking here. Just enter your order number and email, and you'll get the latest delivery status.
I haven't received a confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder, or your entire email account for 'tailbands'. Sometimes our emails are filtered into the wrong folder.
Will the headband fit me?
In 99.99% of cases - yes it will! Just contact us if it doesn't, and we'll fix you up with a refund.
